What is a laser?
A CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) laser focuses a high power laser beam to precisely melt and evaporate material to make a cut or engraving, depending on the programmed power. CNC Router Cutting & Engraving
Apexus provides CNC routing services for your custom files or files created for you, by our design team. We use our skills, experience and state of the art machines to take the stress out of manufacturing your custom prototype or high volume, high precision parts production. Apexus can prepare your CNC router cut parts for end-use with finishing touches such as edge finishing or heat bending where necessary.
A CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) router is an automated and precise cutting solution. CNC routers are adaptable and can be programmed to tackle an array of the most unique projects along with over 30 different types of materials. Large Format Vacuum Forming
Apexus provides small to large scale and volume vacuum forming services. Our quality checks make sure vacuum forming design standards are met to reduce flaws and costs in production. Our vacuum former is able to handle thicker and larger sheets of material than others, so we are able to take on the most demanding projects.
What is a vacuum former ?
The process of vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming. It involves evenly heating a sheet of plastic to forming temperature, stretching it over a mold and finally, forcing the plastic onto the mold via the vacuum pump working from below.
